How it's all made

plantain leaf

Phase I

Phase I

Before sunrise, when leaf moisture peaks, leaves are hand-harvested individually. We select only mature, undamaged foliage rich in aucubin and allantoin—the natural plant compounds responsible for deep tissue repair and skin soothing.

Phase II

Instead of boiling or using chemical solvent extractions, our leaves are crushed and cold-macerated in organic plant-derived squalane for fourteen days. This slow press draws out every lipophilic nutrient without degrading the leaf’s natural cellular structure.

Phase III

We bind our concentrated plantain extract using cold-pressed jojoba esters and unrefined shea lipid fractions. The mixture is whipped slowly at controlled low temperatures until it achieves a dense, velvet-like consistency.

Phase IV

Once cooled, targeted active botanicals are folded into the base matrix. Cold-pressed rosehip seed oil supplies essential fatty acids, while wild chamomile bisabolol soothes surface irritation. Pure elderberry fruit extract acts as our natural bio-preservative, keeping the formula living and free of synthetic parabens.

Mission

To restore the integrity of hand care by formulating slow, plantain-rooted treatments that nourish, protect, and heal hard-working skin without synthetic fillers or compromised standards.
